Synopsis:

An engineer on Mars Base has been found dead in a crater with cuts in his spacesuit. Morrey, Serge and Tony -'astrotecs' as they are now known - have a large number of suspects to interview, but cunning questioning soon uncovers an obvious suspect. However Tony is not so sure they have the right man, and plans some - very dangerous - solo detective work.

Commentary:

Lacking the novelty of 'Tony Hale, Space Detective' this is nonetheless an entertaining read. The downbeat finale will stay with you for a while after reading...
